  1. Design and deliver clear and measured sales pipeline
  2. Monitor tenders on weekly basis in order to identify potential bizz opportunities
  3. Meet high profile customers and technical staff across Kazakhstan in order to gain market insights
  4. Evaluate and analyze production and technological process of selected companies in order to identify potential gaps or technical issues
  5. Design and implement transparent sales plan for short and mid term
  6. Coordinate activities with operations department
  7. Weekly reporting to Business Manager on sales pipeline
  8. Key Account Management


  1. Bachelor degree
  2. 5+ experience in sales and BD (any type of equipment and services) for mining/metallurgical companies
  3. Existing customer/partner base in mining industry
  4. Russian, Kazakh languages – must, English language – upper intermediate


  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Ms Office programs
  • Advanced Excel User
  • Knowledge of other software programs is an advantage
